Immigration Case Manager, Canada

Envoy Global is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager with a Quebec immigration focus to manage end-to-end Canadian corporate immigration matters. This role is ideal for a licensed immigration professional who enjoys complex casework and client-facing advisory responsibilities. What You’ll Do Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on Quebec-based matters Prepare and submit compliant applications for: Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs) Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes) Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures) Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements What We’re Looking For RCIC or lawyer licensed to practice Quebec immigration, recognized by MIFI Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused Fluent in French & English Why Envoy Global Work with globally recognized corporate clients Collaborative, people-first culture Flexible Remote Work Environment Opportunity to specialize in Quebec immigration within a global organization Annual Salary Range: C$110,000-120,000 CAD Notice at Collection for California Applicants: http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants #LI-REMOTE
