What You'll Do

• Application Execution: Prepare, review, and submit high-quality Canadian immigration applications, focusing primarily on Economic Class (Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits) and Family Class streams.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients - guiding them through document gathering, answering strategy questions, and setting clear expectations.
• Case Strategy & Guidance: Assess eligibility, identify potential risks, and craft clear legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Tech-Driven Operations: Utilize and help improve our proprietary tools and modern software stack to keep cases moving quickly, transparently, and accurately.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Experience: 2–3+ years of direct experience preparing and submitting Canadian immigration applications, with familiarity in economic and family class streams.
• Credentials: Licensed Lawyer in good standing with a Canadian Law Society, OR a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: You actively embrace modern tools and AI to optimize your workflow rather than clinging to outdated, manual law firm habits.
• Clear Communicator: Empathetic, direct, and efficient communication style when interacting with clients and internal team members.
• Location & Availability: Must be based in Canada and available during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Compensation & Setup

• Pay: $70,000 – $90,000 base salary, tailored to experience.
• Location: 100% remote across Canada.
