Is this job info correct?

Role Summary The Implementation Manager / Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for trading partner implementation projects within TPDM. This individual is responsible for tracking all deliverables across internal teams and external partners, maintaining implementation schedules, surfacing risks, and driving accountability through to on-time delivery. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to quickly learn a complex technical and operational environment. Key Responsibilities • Implementation Coordination: Own the end-to-end coordination thread for trading partner onboarding and change implementations. Track completion of business requirements, technical build milestones, and delivery handoffs across ETL, EDI, and Project teams. • Cross-Team Communication: Serve as the connective tissue between internal pillars (ETL, EDI, Delivery, and Business) and external trading partners. Facilitate regular status touchpoints, document decisions, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timeline, and dependencies. • Schedule & Backdate Planning: Work backward from committed go-live dates to build realistic implementation plans. Identify critical path items and proactively flag timeline risks before they become delivery issues. • Risk Identification & Escalation: Monitor implementation health across active workstreams. Surface blockers, gaps, and risks early; escalate appropriately to the TPDM Director or pillar leads when issues require intervention. • Status Reporting: Maintain implementation status trackers and provide regular progress updates to TPDM leadership and stakeholders. Ensure documentation is current and accessible. • Partner Relationship Support: Coordinate directly with external trading partners as needed to confirm readiness, gather requirements, and communicate timelines. Represent TPDM professionally in partner-facing communications. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a project management, implementation management, or program coordination role • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and external business partners • Experience working in or adjacent to healthcare IT, data integration, or EDI environments (preferred but not required) • Experience working within an agile framework • Proficiency with project tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) • Self-starter with a bias toward action — able to get up to speed quickly with minimal hand-holding • PMP certification or equivalent project management training a plus Salary Range Now, a little about us … At Tegria, we bring bold ideas and breakthroughs to improve care, technology, revenue, and operations in ways that move healthcare organizations from patient-centered to human-centered. We are helping healthcare put people first—both patients and those who dedicate their lives to delivering care. And at the very core of this vital work is our incredibly talented people. People with different backgrounds who welcome challenge and change. People who listen first, ask hard questions, and make decisions to cultivate a culture of equity and inclusion. People who chase after goals, growth, and generosity. We’re real. We’re nimble, and we believe in our mission to humanize healthcare. Perks and benefits Top talent deserves top rewards. We’ve carefully curated a best-in-class benefits package, meant to meet you wherever you are in your life and career. Your health, holistically. We offer a choice of multiple health and dental plans with nationally recognized networks, as well as vision benefits, a total wellness program, and an employee assistance program for you and your family. Your financial well-being. We offer competitive wages, retirement savings plans, company-paid disability and life insurance, pre-tax savings opportunities (HSA and/or FSA), and more. And everything in between. Our lifestyle benefits are unrivaled, including professional development offerings, opportunities for remote work, and our favorite: a generous paid-time-off program, giving you the flexibility to plan a vacation, take time away for illness (or life’s important events), and shift your schedule to accommodate those unexpected curve balls thrown your way. Tegria is an equal employment opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
