Implementation Specialist

Senior Implementation Specialist - Fully remote within the UK.

Salary up to 65k.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist to lead complex implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers within a growing SaaS environment.

You’ll take ownership of projects from discovery through to platform configuration, integrations, and launch, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring implementations deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations
• Manage complex integrations, data migrations, SSO and APIs
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
• Advise senior and C-level stakeholders on platform adoption
• Identify and improve implementation processes and best practices
• Mentor and support junior/mid-level Implementation Specialists
• Provide customer and market insights to influence product development

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Implementation, Solutions Consulting or technical customer-facing roles
• Strong experience delivering complex enterprise implementations
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms
• Experience with SSO, HRIS integrations and APIs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering customer training
• Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience
