About Our Client

Our client is an AI-first, founder-led SaaS startup transforming how consumer brands manage merchandising and supply chain planning.

Their platform bridges the gap between spreadsheets and enterprise ERP/WMS systems, helping fashion retailers, homeware brands, and consumer product companies plan, forecast and report more effectively.

With paying customers already live, they're now looking for an Implementation Lead to own customer onboarding and scale a world-class implementation function.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the entire customer implementation journey—from signed contract through data migration, platform configuration, onboarding and go-live.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role. It combines customer onboarding, implementation, project management and technical data configuration.

You'll work directly with founders, customers and AI-powered tools to make every implementation faster, smarter and more scalable.

What You'll Do

Customer Implementation

• Lead multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage onboarding projects, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver customer training and ensure successful adoption.

Data & Configuration

• Transform complex spreadsheet data into structured product hierarchies.
• Configure customer planning models within the platform.
• Map cost pricing, intake and inventory data.
• Validate data before launch to ensure accuracy.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Build repeatable onboarding processes, templates and documentation.
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar) to automate implementation tasks and reduce manual effort.

Product Collaboration

• Capture customer feedback and implementation challenges.
• Partner with founders to improve both the product and onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation or Solutions Consulting within B2B SaaS.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience cleaning and validating complex datasets.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Highly Desirable

• Experience implementing ERP, planning or supply chain platforms (NetSuite, SAP or similar).
• Background in merchandising, buying, planning or supply chain.
• Business Analyst or implementation consulting experience.
• Experience with Shopify or Amazon seller ecosystems.
• Previous startup experience.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first three months you will have:

• Successfully onboarded multiple customers.
• Reduced onboarding time through automation and process improvements.
• Created a scalable implementation playbook.
• Built strong customer relationships with excellent onboarding outcomes.
• Enabled the founders to step away from day-to-day implementations.

As the company grows, this role will naturally expand into full customer lifecycle ownership, including implementation, adoption, retention and expansion.

• Fully remote role
• ₹14 – ₹17 lakh per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00 GMT
• Permanent position with 6-month probation
