Imported Material Flow Analyst

Job Description Responsibility : Position comunicates to all levels of the organization , within the function as well as other functions and supplier position , Responsible for supporting relationship management with logistics suppliers and service providers Ability to understand and handle complex supply chain issues and work cross functional enviroment to successfully resolve issues, minimizing impacts to vehicle production Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative soluctions. Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership. Analyze metrics suppporting supplier critical issues or sufficiency plan resolution . Ability to problem solve supplier issues and implement new and innovative strategies . Deep understand of supply chain functions . Execute deliverables in support of the supply chain organization´s business objectives Innovative mindset, capacity to think out of the box and ability to see things not as they are but as they could be QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Complete Graduation in Intl Business, Business Administration, Economics, Logistic, Engineering and related areas Fluent English (Mandatory) Knowledge in MS Excel (advanced) Power BI, Access, MGO (desirable) Knowledge in Supply Chain & Logistic Operation COMPETENCES REQUIRED Action-oriented, proactive, innovative, self-learner Change management, process management -Relationship builder, easy going personality Analytical profile, focused on information quality (attention to detail) Organized, disciplined Great ability to Implement the projects and solves the problems (Project Management) Ability and skills to manage data that includes entry, storage, organization and analysis of data Ability and skills to manage change by simplifying the complex and able to influence others Ability and skills to lead without authority in order to implement projects and processes GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
