About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment where visual storytelling is key to connecting with enterprise buyers. You’ll collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital and print assets that support brand consistency and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, email headers, web banners, and display ads. Assist with the creation of presentation decks, case studies, and sales enablement collateral. Support the production of regional event materials such as signage, booth graphics, and promotional items. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels. Prepare files for print and digital distribution with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to execute campaigns on time. Stay up to date on design trends and B2B marketing best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2–3 years of design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, especially digital-first assets. Bonus Points: Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment. Knowledge of basic animation, video editing, or motion graphics. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms; HubSpot & Monday.com
