What Top Performers Earn
$90,000–$200,000+ annually
7% commission + W2 (not 1099)

What You’ll Do
Run
in-home sales appointments
and close on the first visit
Sell high-value bathroom remodeling solutions
Follow up and close opportunities that require a second touch
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain a professional, high-energy presence with every homeowner
Schedule:
~35 hours/week
1 evening per week
Up to 2 Saturdays per month
What It Takes to Win Here
Proven track record in
in-home, one-call close sales
Ability to control the sales process and ask for the sale
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of personal accountability
Self-starter mentality—no hand-holding
Non-negotiables:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Clean background
Verifiable sales performance (we will ask)
