Company overview: 3arabian is a Startup founded recently in Dubai with one vision 🚀: “How can we make Arabic simple?” We are re-engineering the Arabic teaching methods to make different Arabic dialects closer than ever and to enable foreign students to speak & communicate in Arabic with different Arab nationalities in the fastest way possible.

• Job Summary 👨‍🏫 You will be responsible for providing a fun and interactive educational environment where students will have the opportunity to fulfil their learning potential. The tutor is in charge for delivering the designed curriculum of our company that will result in students achieving successful Arabic communication skills in accordance with 3arabian’s vision, philosophy, and policies. Responsibilities 🦸🏽‍♀️ Tutoring of Arabic dialects Remotely, with flexible working hours to match with student’s schedules.
• Building strong relations with students / clients and understanding their needs / goals.
• Being prepared before every class to fulfill each student’s expectations.
• Assessing progress & performance of all students / clients daily and report it to the supervisor.
• Creating interesting & professional teaching material and to edit them.
• Organizing student’s schedules daily on calendar app.
• Attending weekly team meetings to discuss areas of improvement.

The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive. The Tutor is expected to cooperate with the team and the company administration in various tasks to make sure that the interests of the company and its clients are served in the most effective and professional manner.

• Required Skills 👩🏽‍💻 Perfect verbal & written English
• Fluent in speaking & writing Arabic & typing knowledge
• Teaching experience of languages
• Knowledge in various Arabic dialects is a plus
• Flexibility to work remotely
• Professional use of Microsoft office, Online Meeting platforms (Zoom & Teams), excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Kahoot…
• Fun and positive personality, excellent Presentation Skills: ability to provide entertaining & interacting teaching methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Able to motivate students & build strong client relationships

• Education background 🎓 Bachelors’ degree in education, translations, languages, or any other related field
• Teaching Diploma / Teaching qualification is an advantage

• Required Experience 👨🏽‍🏫 Minimum 1 year of Teaching experience
