As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with expertise in Guidewire – Billing Center to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in Guidewire - Billing Centre to develop, implement, and maintain solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
Contribute to the successful completion of assigned deliverables and objectives within the project timeline.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience Required:
4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in Guidewire – Billing Centre is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
Relevant educational qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Guidewire Associate or Ace Certification is preferred
Preferred Sector Expertise
While specific sector expertise is not mandatory, candidates with a background in industries leveraging Guidewire solutions (such as insurance or financial services) will have an added advantage.
