Inbound Sales & Booking Consultant

Cebu, Philippines | Hybrid / Remote

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Inbound Sales & Booking Consultant to join our Cebu team and support an established Australian events and tourism business.

This is primarily an inbound sales role — no cold calling. Customers have already contacted us about private boat charters and events, and your role will be to understand their requirements, recommend suitable options and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email and online messaging.
• Speak confidently with Australian customers.
• Recommend suitable options and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Follow up with customers and manage your confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate basic booking and event details.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of telephone-based sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Confidence speaking with Australian customers.
• Proven ability to follow up and close sales.
• Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Travel, tourism, hospitality or events experience is helpful but not essential.

The role will initially be office-based in Mandaue, with the potential to work remotely after the initial period.
