Inbound Sales Closer — AI E-Commerce | Fully Remote | $3K–$4K OTE

We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Closer to help aspiring founders turn “I want to start an online store” into a real, live e-commerce business.

This isn’t traditional cold calling.

Every prospect has already seen our AI Store Builder offer, submitted their details, and asked to hear from us. Your job is to call quickly, understand what they want to build, recommend the right solution, and guide them through getting started.

What you’ll do

• Call fresh inbound leads within 5–10 minutes of their enquiry
• Run structured discovery calls to understand their goals and business ideas
• Explain our AI-powered store-building process clearly and accurately
• Recommend the right software solution for each prospect
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Stay on the call and guide customers through signup
• Log calls, follow-ups, and sales accurately in Close CRM
• Submit a short end-of-day performance report
• Share recurring objections and customer feedback with the team

You’ll be a strong fit if you

• Speak perfect or near-perfect English—this is non-negotiable
• Sound confident, natural, and professional on the phone
• Have experience closing warm leads or selling SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products
• Know how to ask strong questions, listen carefully, and avoid over-pitching
• Can explain technology in simple, non-technical language
• Are comfortable working quickly and handling a high volume of calls
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records
• Sell honestly without exaggerating outcomes or making income promises
• Are coachable, self-managed, and highly motivated by performance

Compensation

• $1,000 USD monthly base salary
• Uncapped performance commission
• An additional $2,000–$3,000 USD per month at target
• Total on-target earnings: approximately $3,000–$4,000 USD per month
