Inbound Sales Consultant for a USA Client (Remote)

We're looking for a consultative Inbound Sales Consultant to own discovery and proposal calls for inbound and referral leads. You'll work with a documented framework, focus on maximizing show rates, and manage the full post-call follow-up in HubSpot. No cold prospecting – just warm, qualified leads. You'll also collaborate on deal scoping, pricing, and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality. Key Responsibilities Run discovery and proposal calls using proven scripts and frameworks. Maintain a 15-min response time and 75%+ show rate. Manage end-to-end follow-up and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot. Drive account expansion through seasonal upgrade packages. Partner with leadership on pricing and scoping decisions. Give marketing actionable feedback on lead quality and fit. 2–5+ years closing B2B deals (agency services or ecom SaaS preferred). Strong consultative selling skills (SPIN/Sandler familiarity). Excellent verbal English – clear and confident with UK/US/AU clients. HubSpot CRM discipline – meticulous logging and task management. Timezone overlap with UK/US/AU (South African or similar preferred). Klaviyo / retention marketing economics knowledge is a plus, not required. USD Salary plus commission. Ability to work remotely.
