Role Description The Inbound Sweden Manager is a temporary, remote role responsible for overseeing the inbound high school exchange program in Sweden. Day-to-day work includes managing student applications, coordinating with partner organizations, and ensuring smooth communication between students, host families, and schools.

The role involves monitoring program operations, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of student support and customer service. The manager will be responsible for placing students in suitable host families, with enrollment in a local school. This may include actively promoting the program on social media, reaching out to clubs and associations, and in other ways help find eligible families. This role requires close collaboration with colleagues across Scandinavia to align processes, share best practices, and deliver consistent program quality.

Though the role is remote, it is expected that the candidate resides in Sweden and will need to be available for meeting colleagues at work-related events approximately once per quarter.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience from a similar role in the industry.
• Candidates must speak and write Swedish fluently, and have a strong command of the English language.
