Incentive Program Analyst Location: Remote Base Salary Rate: $91,494.00 to $107,640.00 Job type: Full-time About This Role The Incentive Program Analyst plays a key role in supporting revenue growth and financial accuracy by overseeing customer and sales incentive program governance. This role partners closely with Sales and Finance to establish annual budgets, administer incentive programs, and deliver clear, timely reporting. The position also ensures the integrity of customer master data to support accurate financial and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Incentive Program Planning & Budgeting Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to develop and finalize annual budgets for customer and sales representative incentive and marketing programs. Ensure budget allocations align with strategic priorities and financial guidelines. Program Administration Load and maintain customer and rep incentive programs in the designated systems with a high level of accuracy. Manage updates, adjustments, and data validation throughout the program lifecycle. Reporting & Financial Controls Provide Sales leadership with monthly reports detailing allocated funds, claims, and remaining balances. Monitor customer claims to ensure timely payments and prevent overuse or misuse of marketing or incentive funds. Partner with Finance to support accruals, reconciliations, and audit activities as needed. Customer Master Governance Coordinate with the Sales organization to ensure customer master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Maintain processes that support consistent and reliable reporting across sales, finance, and operational systems. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience in a Program/Market Analysis role, providing customer and sales incentive program governance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field Experience working with sales organizations, financial planning, or incentive program administration. Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel and ERP/CRM systems. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process integrity. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong background managing strategic accounts, channel partners, and complex sales cycles. Compensation and Benefits Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
