Your role Own major incident communications and stakeholder alignment during high-pressure service events, ensuring timelines, owners, actions, and next updates are explicit in Spanish and English Key Responsibilities Manage major incident communications, timelines, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate business and technology stakeholders during customer-impacting incidents. Support regional business engagement and escalation management. Ensure decision points, action owners, and next-update timings are clearly captured. Your profile Spanish and English fluency. Strong stakeholder management and incident communications. Confidence coordinating business and technology teams during major incidents. Escalation management and executive-facing communication. Ability to keep teams aligned under pressure.
