Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate inclusion provision for students with additional learning needs across CGA's international student cohort. Oversee access arrangements for international qualifications (IGCSE and A Level), ensuring applications and documentation meet exam board requirements. Work with teaching staff to embed inclusive teaching practices across the online classroom. Liaise directly with families and staff, meeting in person where needed in New Zealand and Australia. Contribute to CGA's strong pastoral care network, helping guarantee a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Support staff and school leadership on inclusion-related matters as part of CGA's broader academic and pastoral operations. A full-time position may be possible if combined with some teaching. Required Qualifications New Zealand teaching registration. Located so that you are able to meet with families and staff in New Zealand and Australia. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of access arrangements for international qualifications. Understanding of both the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A Levels.
