We are growing and looking for driven, well-connected business development professionals to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to be the commercial engine of a fast-growing EdTech and AI company with uncapped earning potential tied directly to your results. As an Independent Growth Partner you will represent The Ambivert's Code in the market, open doors to corporate clients, and build the partnerships that scale our business. You will have full access to our service documentation, brand assets, and marketing materials, and the backing of a founder with deep technical expertise ready to deliver on every contract you close. If you have a strong network, a talent for business development, and the drive to build something meaningful - this opportunity was made for you.

What You Will Do

Own the commercial engine.

• Identify and pursue corporate clients for our training, consulting, and AI implementation services
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across sectors including healthcare, finance, government, and technology
• Pitch and present The Ambivert's Code services to decision makers
• Negotiate and close contracts, handing delivery to our founder and technical team
• Develop strategic partnerships with organizations, accelerators, and networks that can refer clients
• Promote The Ambivert's Code services through your own professional channels and networks as an independent business partner
• Collaborate with the founder to refine our go-to-market approach based on market feedback

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - corporate B2B experience is a strong advantage
• An existing professional network you can activate immediately
• Experience building or leading a sales or business development network is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - you do not need to be managed
• Comfortable pitching technology and education services to senior decision makers
• Experience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, or professional training is a plus but not required

This opportunity is open to independent contractors and business owners located anywhere in the world except countries subject to international sanctions.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with attractive earnings tied directly to the contracts you close. Compensation details including the commission structure and earning potential will be discussed during the assessment process. There is no ceiling on what you can earn. Commission is paid upon receipt of a valid business invoice submitted to The Ambivert's Code Inc.
