4.Operations, an award-winning recruitment consultancy specialising in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Industrial sectors, is expanding its international network of independent recruitment partners.

We are looking for experienced and proactive freelance recruiters or talent sourcers who can identify, approach and pre-screen qualified candidates.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English — spoken and written
• Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
• Access to your own sourcing tools and professional network
• Availability to work on specific vacancies and deliver agreed results
• Ability to issue an invoice or valid receipt for services provided

Experience recruiting professional drivers, technical specialists, industrial professionals or management profiles will be highly valued.
