We're Hiring: Layout Expert (InDesign)

Are you detail-oriented, design-savvy, and passionate about turning complex ideas into stunning visuals? We’re looking for Layout Experts with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop—plus working knowledge of HTML to help craft clear, effective corporate communications that stand out both in print and online.

What You’ll Do
- Layout & Design: Create high-quality, accurate visual layouts for corporate reports and disclosures.
- Use Adobe Suite: Apply expert-level skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with editors, project managers, and clients to deliver excellence.
- Process Enhancement: Recommend workflow improvements and best practices.
- Stay Curious: Be open to learning and adopting new platforms and tools as the role evolves.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years working with enterprise tools or platforms (like Google Workspace, SAP, or Microsoft 365).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; bonus points for Acrobat, Figma, or similar.
- Core Strengths: Precision, time management, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
