They are now seeking an India Travel Specialist to join their team — someone who combines strong sales ability with in-depth knowledge of the Indian Sub-Continent, specifically India and Sri Lanka to convert enquiries into bookings and deliver an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to their return home.

▌ The Role

In this fully remote role, you will manage the full sales and itinerary journey for clients travelling to the Indian Subcontinent — combining destination expertise, creativity and commercial drive to deliver exceptional, tailor-made journeys.

– Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings, consistently achieving strong conversion rates

– Design tailor-made itineraries across India and Sri Lanka, reflecting each client’s interests, preferences and budget

– Build trusted client relationships through excellent communication and a premium, personal service approach

– Collaborate with trusted ground handlers to ensure every itinerary element is executed seamlessly

– Stay current on destinations, properties and emerging travel trends across the Indian – Subcontinent to sharpen product knowledge

– Manage your own pipeline and workload with strong organisation and follow-through

– Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across multiple channels

– Identify opportunities to improve the client journey and support wider business objectives

▌ Experience Required

– Proven experience designing and selling luxury tailor-made itineraries across the Indian Subcontinent

– Deep destination knowledge of India and Sri Lanka— routes, properties, seasons and on-the-ground detail

– Strong sales track record with a proven lead-to-booking conversion rate

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills — confident with high-value, discerning clients

– Strong organisational and time management skills — able to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously

– Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote working environment
