Key Responsibilities:
As a Individual Health Pricing Executive / Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and implement effective pricing strategies for individual health products and services.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing models.
Utilize actuarial and machine learning methods to improve technical pricing models and collaborate closely with other functions to ensure fast implementation.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop models for pricing optimization.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product and service pricing adjustments.
Collaborate with sales team to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand market needs and customer expectations.
Evaluate and manage pricing risks associated with changes in market conditions, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Drive the product approval process and documentation for Group as well as regulatory compliance.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential negative impacts on pricing strategies.
Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights for decision-making.
Develop and calculate regular KPIs for monthly portfolio monitoring reports and dashboards delivered to the executive committee.
Provide leadership and guidance to the pricing team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
