Industrial Enginee

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Industrial Engineer at The Aesthetic Syndicate. The Industrial Engineer will analyze MedSpa operational workflows, treatment room utilization, and client flow to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data, mapping current processes, designing improved layouts or procedures, and recommending process improvement strategies tailored to aesthetic and clinical operations. The role will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement changes, develop standard operating procedures, and monitor performance metrics. The Industrial Engineer will also support the development of best practices and tools that MedSpa partners can use to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with experience applying these principles to service or healthcare environments.
• Proficient Analytical Skills and Process Improvement capabilities, including data collection, workflow analysis, and optimization of systems and resources.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and translate technical insights into practical recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience with process mapping tools, basic statistics, and performance measurement (KPIs, dashboards) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Familiarity with healthcare, MedSpa, or clinical environments is an advantage, along with an interest in client experience and quality of care.
