Senior Specialist – Industrial IoT (AVEVA)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – Industrial IoT (AVEVA) to join a global manufacturing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AVEVA MES, System Platform, Historian, Industrial IoT, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), along with hands-on experience supporting enterprise manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements.
• Design, implement, and support AVEVA MES solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support system commissioning, upgrades, and expansions.
• Work with global engineering and customer teams.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries.
• Support AVEVA Historian, OI, and System Platform.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product issues.
• Deliver customer training and technical demonstrations.
