YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an Influence Manager who believes that the most powerful marketing asset we have is the voice of the women who use our products.

This is not a "send 50 PR boxes and hope" role. You'll own SOVA's entire influence ecosystem: the creator network, TikTok Shop, our ambassador community, and every event where the brand shows up. You'll build relationships that convert — and turn them into content that fuels our paid engine.

Talking about hormonal health requires credibility, pedagogy and zero bullshit. If you can build authentic partnerships in a sensitive category, this role is yours to own.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Influence strategy & creator partnerships

• Define and execute the influence strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, in line with our marketing and commercial goals
• Source, qualify and activate creators (nano to macro) who genuinely fit the brand
• Negotiate the full deal: brief, compensation, deliverables, usage rights
• Structure partnerships so creator content feeds the wider marketing team — especially paid social (whitelisting, spark ads, UGC ads)

TikTok Shop

• Own SOVA's TikTok Shop strategy: visibility, sales, affiliate network
• Recruit and animate affiliated creators, manage listings, commissions and affiliation campaigns
• Track performance, spot what's working, and double down fast

Events

• Build and run SOVA's own events end to end: launch parties, gifting events, ambassador meetups, pop-ups, press days — venues, budgets, vendors, guest lists, on-site coordination
• Identify and represent SOVA at external events (wellness, women's health, beauty, femtech) and grow the brand's network
• Brief the creators present to maximize organic coverage, before, during and after

Community & performance

• Grow and animate our community of ambassadors and product testers
• Collect and leverage UGC across all channels, including paid
• Own your KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI), report on every campaign, and keep a sharp eye on what competitors and the market are doing

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in influence marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, health or DTC e-commerce
• You have a real creator network and know how to build one from scratch
• Hands-on with TikTok — TikTok Shop and affiliation experience is a strong plus
• You've organized events and enjoy it: logistics, last-minute chaos and all
• Comfortable with numbers — you measure what you do and you optimize
• Structured, autonomous, resourceful: you don't need to be told twice
• Fluent French is mandatory. Good English is a plus as we expand across Europe and our team is international.
