Influencer and Creator Community Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

We're looking for an Influencer & Creator Community Manager to build and scale a community of UGC creators and influencers for a US-based DTC brand targeting parents and families . Responsibilities Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators and influencers daily Build and nurture long-term relationships with a growing creator community Monitor content output and performance, including posts and impressions Be the main point of contact for creators and maintain warm, responsive communication Help scale the creator community from its current stage to hundreds/thousands of creators Experience working with a US-based DTC brand targeting parents/families Experience in managing US-based influencers Proven experience building or scaling an influencer/creator community Strong communication and relationship-building skills High-energy, positive, and people-first personality Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline Timezone: CST preferred; PST or EST also considered Work setup: 100% Remote
