WE ARE LOOKING FOR: SR INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE Requirements -Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and working with UGC creators -Strong knowledge of TikTok and its content ecosystem -Experience identifying, selecting, and managing creators -Ability to develop and manage briefs, oversee deliverables, and coordinate workflows -A self-driven, organized, and proactive approach -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -English proficiency. -Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field. Activities -Support the planning and execution of TikTok influencer and UGC campaigns -Identify, research, vet, and recommend influencers and UGC creators aligned with the campaign objectives -Manage creator outreach, communication, and day-to-day relationships -Develop and coordinate creator briefs , guidelines, timelines, and deliverables -Review creator content and coordinate feedback and approval rounds -Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign status, ensuring smooth execution -Maintain organized creator lists, trackers, and project documentation -Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the campaign -Identify potential issues or delays and proactively recommend solutions -Support campaign reporting and consolidate key learnings and results -Work closely with the internal manager while being able to independently manage day-to-day execution Skills Proactive Teamwork Communication Good spelling and writing Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving Analysis capacity Creativity At Another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
