And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale our creator partnerships program. You'll own relationships with influencers and affiliates, evaluate performance against key metrics, and help identify and sign the right creators to drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to build something at a fast-growing DTC brand. What You'll Do Own the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships — from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking Working closely with Influencer Marketing Agencies Identify, evaluate, negotiate and recruit creators (with a strong focus on the US market) whose audience and content align with Pulsetto's brand and growth goals Analyze campaign performance using metrics like CPA, CPM, AOV, CR, and CAC to optimize deal structures and creator selection Continuously test new creator archetypes, content formats, and deal structures to improve efficiency and ROI Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and their management/agencies Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, brand, IT and analytics teams to align on attribution and reporting Stay on top of trends in wellness, tech, and the creator economy to spot new opportunities early What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing and partnerships Strong sense of ownership — you take initiative and follow through without needing to be micromanaged Previous experience working with influencers/creators, ideally with US market experience Solid understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, CPM, AOV, CR, CAC Experience with affiliate marketing programs and platforms like IMPACT, Superfiliate Result-oriented and performance-driven mindset — you care about outcomes, not just activity Curious and proactive — you ask questions, dig into data, and look for what's not working Genuine willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Understanding of wellness and/or tech brands and their audiences Experience working at or with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands What We Offer Private health insurance after 6 months.
