We are looking for an Influencer Marketing & Partnership Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing end-to-end influencer marketing and partnership campaigns
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and strategic partners
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign and influencer performance (ROI, CAC, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborating closely with content, growth, product, and sales teams
• Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices
• Supporting other marketing channels including content marketing, SEO, paid media, and brand campaigns
• Contributing to strategic marketing projects and data-driven growth initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of the English Language Teaching program from Middle East Technical University, Hacettepe University or Boğaziçi University.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong knowledge of influencer ecosystems, creator economies, and content platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proven experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and relationship management
• Skilled in goal-oriented persuasion and stakeholder communication
• Experience with performance tracking tools, analytics platforms, and reporting
• Advanced user of MS Office & Google Workspace
• Strong project management and time management skills
