"ROLE: Source, assess, and establish contact with influencers and affiliates in both local and international markets. Support the onboarding and activation of partners in marketing campaigns, ensuring ongoing participation. Manage negotiations relating to commercial agreements, campaigns, and incentive structures. Execute growth-oriented initiatives and reconnect with inactive partners. Analyze partner performance and uncover opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency across campaigns, offers, and commercial communications. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent areas. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing-related management role. Dynamic, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Strong communication skills combined with analytical thinking; fluent English required. Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or related analytical platforms is a plus.
