Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns. Key responsibilities Lead Strategic Campaigns: Partner with L'Oréal and internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies from brief to delivery. Manage Influencer Campaigns: Select influencers, oversee content planning and quality, and optimize campaign performance throughout execution. Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with booking, data, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and insightful reporting. Coordinate Events & Resolve Issues: Support brand events and activations while proactively managing campaign challenges and stakeholder communication. Analyze Performance & Improve Processes: Deliver actionable campaign insights, oversee legal and financial compliance, and identify workflow improvements. Skills & experience Previous experience in influencer marketing or a related field, managing strategic campaigns. Preferably in beauty or fashion industries Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing trends, and analytics (including advanced Excel skills). Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
