Your Role

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will manage creator sourcing, outreach, product gifting, and affiliate activities to build strong relationships with relevant Australian influencers and generate consistent brand content. You'll take ownership of the process from identifying suitable creators through to partnership management, product delivery, and affiliate performance tracking.

What You'll Do

Creator Sourcing & Vetting

• Research and identify relevant Australian creators across Instagram and TikTok.
• Evaluate creators based on audience location, demographics, engagement quality, content style, niche, and overall brand fit.
• Focus on creators whose audiences align with Australian women approximately 25–55 years old and wellness-related interests.
• Identify potential brand-safety or values concerns before initiating outreach.
• Build and maintain organised creator databases segmented by tier, niche, partnership status, and other relevant criteria.
  
  

Outreach & Relationship Management

• Develop personalised and on-brand outreach messages for prospective creators.
• Manage structured follow-up activities to maximise response and acceptance rates.
• Maintain professional and positive communication throughout the creator journey.
• Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to convert one-off gifting into repeat partnerships.
  
  

Product Seeding & Gifting

• Coordinate creator gifting and product seeding campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage high-volume gifting activity, including approximately 150 product shipments per week.
• Coordinate shipping, monitor deliveries, and confirm product receipt with creators.
• Maintain accurate gifting inventory, shipping, and dispatch records.
• Ensure creators receive the appropriate products and information required for their partnerships.
  
  

Affiliate Program Management

• Onboard approved creators into the affiliate program.
• Set up and manage unique discount codes or affiliate links before product dispatch.
• Clearly communicate commission structures, program terms, and payment processes.
• Monitor affiliate sales, code redemptions, attributed orders, and creator performance.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and support opportunities to grow their contribution.
• Maintain an accurate, active, and organised affiliate roster.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media, or a similar role.
• Experience sourcing and communicating with creators or influencers, preferably for a product-based business.
• Experience working with Australian and/or UK creators is highly desirable.
• Strong written English with the ability to create personalised, engaging, and professional outreach messages.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach, gifting, and follow-up activities.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining creator, shipping, and affiliate records.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, social media platforms, and affiliate or creator management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.

• Achieve and maintain 40+ pieces of creator content going live each week.
• Successfully coordinate approximately 150 product seedings per week.

• Grow and maintain an active pool of relevant Australian creators.
• Maintain accurate creator, gifting, shipping, and affiliate records.
• Increase the number of active and high-performing affiliate creators.
• Support strong creator response, partnership, and content conversion rates.
