We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to support technology strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and systems optimization initiatives across professional and public-sector environments. This role is suited for a consultant who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and operate effectively in structured, high-accountability institutions. While this role operates in a hybrid work model, consultants and advisors are expected to attend client sites when required to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshops, or other client collaboration. Depending on experience, you may lead engagements or collaborate within multidisciplinary advisory teams. Key Responsibilities Assess existing IT infrastructure, systems, and controls Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with institutional strategy Advise on cybersecurity, risk management, and data protection practices Support system migrations, cloud transitions, and digital transformation initiatives Evaluate and recommend legal practice management systems, case management systems, document management platforms, and enterprise applications Oversee vendor selection, procurement processes, and implementation governance Draft technical assessments, risk reports, and executive briefings Ensure compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements Provide ongoing advisory support and troubleshooting as needed Ideal Background We welcome candidates with experience supporting: Law firms or legal service organizations Courts, tribunals, or judicial systems Government ministries or regulatory agencies Professional services or institutional environments with high confidentiality requirements Core Qualifications 5–10+ years of relevant IT consulting or technology leadership experience Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices Experience with legal or judicial/court technology systems Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing technology vendors and implementation projects Strong documentation and reporting skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent) preferred What Distinguishes Our Consultants Sound judgment in sensitive, high-confidentiality environments Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving Ability to balance technical excellence with institutional realities Professionalism and discretion in client engagements Collaborative mindset and commitment to long-term client success Engagement Structure This is a remote, consulting-based engagement designed for a senior-level professional capable of delivering both strategic advisory services and high-level operational execution.
