Position Title: IT Recruiter
Work Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM ( Monday to Friday Fixed )
Location: Fully Remote
Budget: Upto 25,000 ( Basic ) + Incentives per hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting niche technology talent through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other online recruitment channels. This role requires strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, proactive talent sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, target-oriented, accountable for hiring outcomes, and experienced in identifying hard-to-find technology professionals across various IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Generation
- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other online sourcing methods.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and talent mapping methodologies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor talent mapping to support recruitment initiatives.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical background, experience, eligibility, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Verify candidate availability, salary expectations, notice periods, work authorization, and other hiring criteria.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
ATS & Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Tag, categorize, and update candidate profiles according to recruitment workflows and hiring stages.
- Ensure ATS data integrity and compliance with internal recruitment processes.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain sourcing activity records as required.
Stakeholder & Interview Coordination
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
- Support offer management and candidate onboarding coordination when required.
Recruitment Performance & Delivery
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Take ownership of recruitment targets and monthly hiring goals.
- Track sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Meet agreed recruitment KPIs, time-to-fill targets, and hiring objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology recruitment.
- Proven experience sourcing niche and hard-to-find technology talent.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management processes.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through interview coordination.

- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and sourcing analytics.
- Experience working in agency, RPO, or high-volume technology recruitment environments.
