Actively Recruiting AWS Cloud Engineers!

The company is hiring for its IT-specialized client services division within a foreign-affiliated HR company.

You can be involved from the very most upstream phases of a project, including planning and requirements definition.

The majority of their projects focus on the upstream phases of design, construction, and maintenance, with upstream work being the main focus.

Remote work is generally available, so you'll only need to come to the office about once a week at most. For highly skilled or experienced individuals, they can also consider work arrangements that involve business trips from remote locations.

As a member of the engineering team, you'll be involved in a variety of network projects, primarily focusing on design and construction. While these are your core responsibilities, the projects span a wide range—from solution proposals and requirements definition to operation and maintenance. You'll be assigned to a project that aligns with your experience and career goals.

【Cloud Implementation Planning Support】

You will assist in the AWS implementation planning during the initial phases. This includes evaluating system configurations, formulating security policies, developing operational models, and creating migration plans.

【Cloud Integration】

You'll handle everything from basic design for AWS utilization to building systems (including servers and networks) and configuring monitoring.

【Cloud Migration】

You'll assist with system migration from on-premise to AWS by solving the challenges associated with infrastructure changes, migration methods, and design/implementation.

【Others】

Planning and executing tests such as unit and integration tests.

Designing operations, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing systems to meet operational requirements.

【Project Examples】

・Cloud Design & Engineering Support using AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms.

・Full-Stack Engineering Support leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, and more.

・Automation Initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Jenkins, etc.

・Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Support.

・Virtualization & Server Design/Construction/Maintenance Support for Windows/Linux environments.

・Lift & Shift Migration Support from on-premise to cloud (AWS/Azure).

You'll be assigned to projects that match your skills and preferences. Teams are typically composed of 3 to 10 members per project, with each project lasting for a minimum of six months to over a year.

【MUST】

Experience in designing and building AWS clouds or in operation, maintenance, and management (*2+ years of experience)

(The company is also looking for candidates with Azure and GCP skills.)

Business level Japanese language skills (equivalent to N1 level)

【WANT】

■Relevant Knowledge & Certifications

AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS SysOps Administrator.

Experience in designing and building with Infrastructure as Code/automation, utilizing tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, or Python.

Cloud design experience.
