This position supports patients by navigating manufacturers, foundations, and internal assistance programs, delivering timely and accurate advance beneficiary notices (ABNs), as well as assisting with complex benefit-related discussions to ensure patients receive the financial support they need. Responsibilities Include: Educate and assist patients with enrollment in copay and foundation assistance programs. Prepare and send enrollment forms and related correspondence for patient assistance programs. Stay current on federal, state, and contractual guidelines related to copay assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely benefit navigation including providing support to Patient Ambassadors on complex benefit cases. Create, explain, and verify ABNs to ensure accuracy and protect revenue. Assist patients experiencing financial hardship through the internal Soleo Assistance Program. Manage renewals for all manufacturers, foundation, and Soleo Assistance Program (SAP) cases. Ensure compliance with manufacturer program requirements, including report creation and maintenance. Support supervisors and managers with special projects assigned. Schedule: Must be able to work Full time, Monday-Friday, standard business hours of 8:30-5pm Eastern Time Zone Requirements At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy required High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines including ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units Strong ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities while ensuring productivity expectations and quality are met Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel & Word Knowledge of CPR+ preferred About Us: Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, administered in the home or at alternate sites of care.
