𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑 is an AI-native cross-border venture builder (*all core team members are 10𝐗 𝐀𝐈-powered problem solvers). We bridge global tech ecosystems with China’s unparalleled supply chain and innovation speed.

This November, we are launching 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡 - an exclusive, 3-week curated residency in Shanghai. We are bringing together global Growth-Oriented Founders, top-tier VCs/Tech Scouts, and Corporate Executives to give them unfiltered access to China’s AI and hardware frontier.

We are looking for a highly capable 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 to own partially the execution of The Arch. But more importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦.

02 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

You will be the operational engine behind The Arch, ensuring a flawless, high-end experience for our global residents.

• 𝐄𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manage scheduling, logistics, and on-the-ground operations for the 3-week residency (company visits, closed-door seminars, networking events).

• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Act as the primary bridge between international attendees, local Chinese tech partners, and our internal team.

• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧: Ensure the "vibe" is right. We don't do crowded trade shows; you will help curate intimate, high-value interactions.

• Post-Event Growth: Transition the relationships built during The Arch into long-term venture-building opportunities for Propeller.

*The role is a hybrid arrangement ideally base in Shanghai (but not essential), with flexibility for work from home.

03 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞?

This is not a standard PM gig. This is a fast-track ticket into the core of the cross-border tech ecosystem.

• 𝐔𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 (The Immediate Benefit): You will be in the room with top global founders, elite investors, and China’s leading AI/hardware pioneers. You will build a world-class, cross-border rolodex in just 3 weeks.

• 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭-𝐑𝐨𝐰 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: You will get a 360° view of how AI is actually being deployed—from traditional manufacturing and robotics to what Gen-Z builders and top university labs here in China are shipping right now.

• 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑 (The Long-Term Value): We are a growing venture builder. We view this role as an audition for our core team. If you crush it at The Arch, you will transition into a permanent, high-impact role (e.g., Venture Builder, Head of Operations, or Ecosystem Director) as PROEPLLER scales globally.

04 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞

• 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐥 & 𝐁𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥: Fluent in English and Mandarin. You understand both the "Silicon Valley" mindset and the "China Speed" reality.

• 𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫-𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 & 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: You can manage complex schedules and pivot gracefully when things change (because in startups, they always do). Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.

• 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐐 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦: You are comfortable and confident interacting with C-level executives, investors, and eccentric founders. Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in technology, innovation, or international business environments.

• 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐍𝐀: You don't just want to execute tasks; you want to build a company. You are a problem-solver who takes extreme ownership.

• 𝐀𝐈-𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐯𝐲: Comfort with AI, robotics and emerging technologies. Good grasp of the latest AI tech orwillingness to learn it quickly in a dynamic, innovation-driven setting.
