Innovation Communication Intern

But great innovation only creates impact when it's communicated well. That's where you come in. As our Innovation Communication Intern , you'll help us tell the story of innovation inside Luminus — from crafting compelling messages to planning internal campaigns and measuring their impact. If you love words, ideas, and making things happen, this role is for you. What you will be doing You will be the communication engine of the Innovation team. Concretely, you will: Own and feed the communication plan — keep it alive, structured, and up to date so the team always knows what's going out, when, and to whom. Draft and coordinate content — write internal communications in French, Dutch, and English, and make sure they get validated by the right stakeholders before they go out. Bring fresh ideas to the table — propose new content formats, channels, and creative angles to make innovation communication more engaging and impactful. This includes looking for best practices in other companies and within the EDF Group and sister companies across Europe. Track and measure impact — help us understand what resonates with our audience and continuously improve our approach. Support external communication — occasionally contribute to communications towards clients or partners, e.g. around events. What you will learn This internship is more than a communication role — it's a front-row seat to how innovation is managed and championed inside a major energy company. You bring: A background in Communication Sciences (Bachelor's or Master's) or similar Strong writing skills in French and/or Dutch + English (all three is a plus) Comfort with AI tools , Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and creative tools like Canva A proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do, you come with ideas Team spirit – be ready to share your ideas and to give feedback on other people’s ideas openly An eye for quality and consistency in communication Join us and help inspire our colleagues to shape the future of Luminus together. · Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible) | Part-time or full-time · Start date: September 2026 (or earlier/later depending on availability)
