About The Job
This is an individual contributor role within Sales in Denmark, focused on managing and growing customer relationships. You handle both new and existing customers and take full responsibility for the sales process, from initial contact to booked order. Alongside driving sales, you help shape and strengthen our digital sales approach in Denmark, making customer interactions more proactive, structured, and data driven.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers in Denmark
- Maintain continuous customer dialogue and identify new business opportunities
- Support customers with production-related challenges using digital communication channels
- Explore and drive new ways of reaching, engaging, and following up with customers through digital tools and structured CRM work
- Work independently while contributing to overall team performance
Location and flexibility
The role is based in Copenhagen, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Denmark.
Your profile
You bring a strong interest in technical sales and customer relationships, and thrive in an independent, digital environment. Curious about digital sales, CRM tools, and new ways of creating customer engagement, you enjoy testing new approaches and continuously improving ways of working.
We see that you also bring:
- Strong skills and confidence working through phone, email and Teams
- Fluency in Danish for daily communication and comfortable working in English as the company language
- Sales experience from a similar inside sales role is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Hands-on experience within cutting machining is also considered an advantage
- A relevant education
You’re flexible, open to change, and comfortable in a dynamic setting. Collaboration comes naturally, and you value being a part of a small team where everyone supports each other. At the same time, you take ownership of your work, act responsible, and approach your tasks with a humble, non-prestigious mindset.
