Inside Sales & Contracts Engineer

This is a key customer-facing role focused on building strong relationships with external customers while providing support with quotations and technical specifications. You will play an important part in delivering a high standard of service, ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately across a global customer base. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work closely with External Sales Teams and the Service Department, acting as a vital link between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for processing quotations accurately and within agreed timescales, maintaining departmental KPIs and service standards. You will review technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are issued, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout. You will also respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing a professional and customer-focused service at every stage. Experience Requirements: Experience of working within ERP Systems Experience of dealing with quotations. Able to provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills.
