License Compliance Advisor (Remote Contractor)

Location: Remote (Turkey/ Brazil)

Contract Duration: 3 months

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a License Compliance Advisor to join a global software company and support customers in understanding their software licensing needs.

While the title includes "Compliance," this is a customer-facing commercial role with a strong focus on communication, relationship management, and consultative selling. You will engage with companies regarding their software usage, understand their needs, and help guide them toward the right licensing solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of software compliance opportunities and customer conversations.
• Engage with companies to understand their current software usage and licensing needs.
• Educate customers on available licensing options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and consultative communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in inside sales, business development, account management, customer success, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, customer opportunities, or commercial discussions.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through email and occasional calls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Experience working with SaaS/software products is highly preferred.
• Professional written and verbal proficiency in the required market language (depending on assigned region).
• Strong English communication skills.
