Responsibilities Generate revenue and maximize sales growth by aligning with the field sales team. Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and conduct research and follow-up to drive sales. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals. Create and deliver differentiating messages and quantifiable economic value to sell products and services. Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales. Uncover and qualify sales leads, resulting in Salesforce funnel growth. Engage in ongoing account support and execute programs and campaigns to meet customer needs. Maintain timely, complete, and accurate customer data in Salesforce. Utilize resources, including SAP, Salesforce.com, Agiloft, and Tableau. Create sales and/or service amendments and contracts in a timely fashion to ensure coverage/close. Generate warm leads using provided talk tracks and customer lists. Commit to 10% travel. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in a science-based or related field. Customer-facing experience. 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, technical, or related fields. Aptitude to learn, present, negotiate, persuade, and sell products/materials to meet/exceed quota. High attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate and create ingenuity when needed. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting/exceeding goals. Team player and self-starter. Ability and willingness to take ownership of individual and team goals and persist despite obstacles. Experience with software such as SAP, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced organization. Ability to work in a matrix organization and regulated environment. Work Environment This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, and offers a hybrid work environment with 1st shift hours. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
