These customers move fast, expect commercial agility, and have zero tolerance for slow quoting cycles or unclear delivery commitments. The Inside Sales / Customer Success Representative is the person who makes TTM as easy to buy from as these customers need us to be. Key Responsibilities: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for an assigned portfolio of Strategic & Emerging A&D accounts Build trusted working relationships with customer procurement, supply chain, program management, and engineering contacts Proactively communicate order status, schedule changes, and risk to customers before issues escalate Conduct regular cadence calls with assigned accounts to review open orders, forecast, and upcoming program milestones Represent the voice of the customer internally — championing customer priorities in TTM's scheduling, production, and quality processes QUOTE & ORDER MANAGEMENT Manage the full quote-to-order lifecycle for assigned accounts: RFQ intake, BOM review, pricing coordination, quote delivery, and PO acceptance Own quote response time commitments — target ≤24 hours for standard inquiries, ≤4 hours for urgent/expedite requests Coordinate with TTM Applications Engineering, Pricing, and Program Management to develop accurate, competitive quotes Process customer purchase orders with accuracy and urgency — entering orders into ERP, confirming acknowledgements, and resolving discrepancies Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, LTAs (Long-Term Agreements), and blanket orders with precision and contract compliance PIPELINE & FORECAST SUPPORT Maintain current and accurate opportunity pipeline data in CRM (Salesforce) for all assigned accounts Support the Sr. Director and Senior Account Managers with weekly and monthly forecast roll-ups, bookings tracking, and win/loss analysis Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts — new programs, new layers, new technology transitions (e.g., HDI, RF/microwave, rigid-flex) Monitor customer RFQ activity for signals of new program starts, competitive threats, or sourcing transitions Track key customer program milestones (prototype → qualification → production) and align TTM capacity planning accordingly CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION Act as the internal quarterback for customer escalations — coordinating across Customer Service, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues Support new product introduction (NPI) cycle for assigned accounts — coordinating DFM feedback, first article submissions, and qualification timelines Partner with TTM's Applications Engineering team to respond to customer technical inquiries and position TTM's capabilities (RF/microwave, HDI, rigid-flex, space-qualified, ordnance-grade PCBs) Coordinate with TTM's ITAR/export compliance team on customer-specific ITAR requirements, TAAs, and license conditions for defense program customers Liaise with TTM's European manufacturing partners (ILFA GmbH — Hannover, Germany; Swiss Technology Group AG — Zurich, Switzerland) for customers with European program requirements or supply chain footprints BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT Support Senior Account Managers and Sr. Director in executing capture strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts Conduct research on assigned target accounts — program updates, funding events, new contract awards, key personnel changes — and brief the team weekly Prepare customer-facing materials: capability summaries, technology briefs, program-specific presentations, and quote packages Represent TTM at key industry events and trade shows as assigned (AUSA Annual, Space Symposium, Sea-Air-Space, AFA Warfare Symposium, DIU events) Track and report competitive intelligence on TTM's primary PCB competitors (Sanmina, TTM competitors, offshore PCB suppliers) within target accounts Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical/commercial field — OR equivalent professional experience 3–6 years of inside sales, customer success, account management, or commercial program management experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships in a B2B manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment Working knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, electronics assembly, or complex precision manufacturing supply chains — or a genuine desire and aptitude to develop deep product knowledge quickly Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) for order management, quote processing, and delivery tracking Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) for pipeline management and activity tracking Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to communicate with customer procurement, engineering, and executive contacts with equal effectiveness Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous customer interactions, open orders, and RFQs without dropping commitments Familiarity with ITAR, export control, and defense supply chain compliance requirements — or willingness to obtain ITAR training and maintain compliance Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where customer urgency and program schedule are non-negotiable Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and modern commercial tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DoD, IC, or defense prime contractor customers — understanding of program lifecycle, CDRL requirements, and government supply chain dynamics Familiarity with the emerging defense technology landscape — autonomous systems, hypersonics, space, directed energy, electronic warfare — and the companies driving it (Anduril, Shield AI, Rocket Lab, CesiumAstro, Kratos, etc.) Prior experience at a PCB manufacturer, electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company, or precision electronics supplier to the A&D sector Experience working with international customers or coordinating with European manufacturing partners (particularly in Germany, Switzerland, or UK) Knowledge of RF/microwave PCBs, high-density interconnect (HDI), rigid-flex, or space-qualified electronics — any specialty segment of TTM's core portfolio Salesforce CRM certification or demonstrated advanced user proficiency Experience supporting LTA negotiations, NPI programs, or production qualification transitions Active security clearance (Secret or above) or eligibility and willingness to obtain Bilingual English/German or English/French a plus given TTM's European manufacturing capabilities (ILFA Hannover · STG Zurich) #LI-VT1 #ADBU Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
