The Safehouses Team sits within National Operations and delivers a non-regulatory inspection programme commissioned by the Home Office which reports on the quality of support provided to survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking. You’ll help turn ideas into action, working with a wide range of colleagues to improve how the directorate plans, delivers and monitors important programmes of work. In the last year as an Inspection Project Manager in the Primary Care & Community Services Directorate , you might have: Led a project to review and improve governance processes, helping teams work more effectively and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinated a cross-directorate programme, bringing together stakeholders, tracking progress and helping resolve risks to keep delivery on track. The role You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll: Lead projects and programmes : Manage and coordinate projects across the safehouses programme, ensuring activities are planned, delivered and monitored effectively. Provide insight and oversight: Lead on governance oversight of the safehouses programme’. Produce reports, briefings and updates that track progress, highlight risks and support informed decision-making. Support continuous improvement: Work with colleagues and stakeholders to solve issues, improve ways of working and strengthen operational performance. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience delivering projects from planning through to completion, using recognised project management methods, tools or approaches. Experience analysing performance information, risks or operational challenges, and using this information to recommend or deliver improvements.
