Role Description The Inspector role at TRIMAX APPAREL, INC. is a full-time position responsible for ensuring that garments and related products meet established quality standards. This is a hybrid role based in Chbar Mon, with primary on-site work complemented by some work-from-home flexibility for documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining apparel for defects, measuring products against specifications, verifying labeling and packaging, and documenting inspection results. The Inspector collaborates with production and quality teams to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and help maintain consistent quality across all product lines. The role also involves following safety and compliance guidelines and supporting continuous improvement in inspection processes.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in visual inspection, and ability to identify defects in fabrics, stitching, sizing, and finishing.
• Basic understanding of apparel production processes, garment construction, and quality control standards.
• Ability to maintain clear inspection records, generate concise reports, and use basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, quality tracking systems).
• Effective communication skills to work with production staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks and prioritize multiple inspections.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including onsite inspections in Chbar Mon and remote administrative tasks from home.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or apparel and fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in quality assurance or textile/apparel technology is an advantage.
