Overview : 7+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Instanda platform Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Strong understanding of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes. Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle and regulatory requirements Requirements Key Skills & Competencies: Process Mapping expertise with proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops independently with stakeholders Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with business and technical teams Experience working with US clients, with awareness of US insurance market practices Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Instanda implementations. Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently. Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects Preferred Qualifications: Instanda certifications or relevant insurance certifications will be an added advantage Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence Soft Skills: Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
