Join the Humanitarian Department as an Instructional Design Intern and support the Church’s global mission to care for those in need. Design Learning Content: Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify needs and help build engaging, effective instructional materials. Support Learning Operations: Assist in organizing resources, managing content updates, and ensuring accessibility across platforms. Leverage Technology: Explore and support e-learning tools and platforms that improve the learning experience. Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to align instructional materials with organizational goals and service initiatives. Evaluate and Improve: Help collect feedback, analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs. Must be a current temple-worthy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within last year) from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program Strong interest in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning platforms is a plus Internship Details: 28 hours/week for approximately 12 months Hybrid schedule: Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri remote Standard office hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $23/hour
