Instructional Design Internship

We are looking for highly motivated ladies and fellows to join our Instructional Design Internship at Sigma Software. You will get theoretical knowledge along with the intense practice which will allow you to join our L&D Team at the Individual Intern position after successful completion of the course. We will dive you deep into the project approaches, the process of work, and Company culture! Program Format: online Duration: 1-1.5 months Schedule: part-time Registration deadline: late January Scholarship: not provided During the internship, you will: Learn the fundamentals of instructional design (ADDIE/SAM models, adult learning theory) Practice analyzing learning needs Write learning objectives and structure course content Practice working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise/Open edX) Design assessments and multimedia learning elements Learn how to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate based on feedback English level Upper-Intermediate or higher Strong analytical thinking Fast learner Good written and verbal communication skills Genuine interest in e-learning / adult education Will be an advantage: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.) Any prior experience creating educational or training content Responsibility, organization, initiative, creativity
