What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Instructional Program Coordinator – CWCN to join our team! The Instructional Program Coordinator is responsible for co-creating, planning, overseeing and monitoring training to meet the needs of the Children with Complex Needs (CWCN) workforce development plan. On a typical day, you might: Coordinate the ongoing development of training and development programs in support of assigned areas. Develop training plans for individuals and groups utilizing best practices and identify training outcomes while evaluating their achievement. Monitor all training development coordination-related activities to ensure alignment with program goals. Engage and collaborate with leadership to identify immediate and ongoing training and development needs and communicate training plans effectively. Develop assessment tools for the training and development program, as well as individual outcomes assessment. Coordinate and ensure that designated staff members receive required/mandatory trainings. Preferred: Master’s degree in special education, psychology, social work, human services, curriculum and instruction, instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field. Specialized education, coursework, or training related to intellectual/developmental disabilities, behavioral health, dual diagnosis, children with complex needs, adult learning, or workforce development. Experience supporting professionals or provider organizations serving children with co-occurring intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Experience coordinating workforce development, training, or implementation initiatives across multiple provider organizations. Experience monitoring participation, credentialing requirements, deadlines, provider engagement, deliverables, and program outcomes. Experience conducting needs assessments and adapting curricula, learning modalities, or instructional supports to meet varying adult-learning, accessibility, technology, and skill-application needs. Experience providing technical assistance, coaching, modeling, or implementation support to providers. Experience evaluating the transfer of learning into practice and using data and stakeholder feedback to improve program effectiveness. Experience collaborating with organizational leadership, providers, subject-matter experts, families, and community stakeholders.
