Role Description This is a full-time Insurance Agent role based in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows partial work from home. The Insurance Agent will identify and contact prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and explain coverage options, terms, and conditions in a clear and transparent manner. Day-to-day activities include assessing client needs, preparing quotes, managing policy applications, and supporting clients throughout the onboarding process. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing policyholders, handling renewals, responding to questions, and assisting with policy changes. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams, follow company workflows, comply with regulatory requirements, and contribute to meeting sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate products.
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Foundational understanding of Finance to explain premiums, coverage limits, and financial implications clearly.
• Proven Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Optional experience in the Romanian insurance market or related financial services is an advantage.
• Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM or sales management software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant education in economics, finance, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
